I have been in the fitness field for over 35 years instructing group exercise and offering personal training at several facilities in the Ventura County area. My certifications include Pilates, Yoga, cycling and many disciplines in Group Exercise. I am certified with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and with the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I have been a fitness instructor and trainer with the U.S. military for more than 20 years. I have enjoyed helping people reach their fitness goals and look forward to helping many more people in the future.”
